Agentic Coding Weekly helps you stay on the cutting edge of agentic coding by bringing together the latest tool and model updates, best practices, and community insights in a single email.
Subscribing to this newsletter will save you 2-5+ hours weekly on research. The agentic coding space moves fast and the best way to do things changes every month. You have to constantly look for the latest updates and best practices on Hacker News, Twitter/X, and Reddit. You can use that time to do things that actually matter, like shipping code, leading your team, taking a walk and enjoying life away from computers. Without having to worry about falling behind or looking uninformed in conversations with your colleagues and leadership.
I am Prashant, an ML Engineer based in Tokyo, Japan, and the author of this newsletter. You can read more about me here. The guiding principle of this newsletter is that I want to be respectful of your time as a reader. Here's how I ensure that:
I personally write and curate every issue so you can be sure that I have gone through every link, blog post, and update that appears in the newsletter. I only share things that I have genuinely found useful and think they’re worth your time.
Marketing fluff, hype posts, and AI-generated engagement baits have no place in this newsletter. Everything I include in the each issue relates to how you use or think about the agentic coding tools and the agentic coding space. This means I also filter out any industry gossip like funding news, corporate drama, and what some CEO said on a podcast.
If you find this newsletter useful and worth your time, please support it by becoming a paid subscriber which costs $120/year. You can expense this to your team's learning and development budget. You can send this email or Slack message to your manager to ask for approval.
What to Expect
For Free Subscribers
You will get a weekly email every Monday covering the latest tool and model updates, and community insights. It's everything you need to stay up-to-date week to week.
Read the past weekly issues in the archive.
For Paid Subscribers
If you're a senior or staff engineer, engineering manager, technical lead, or executive, you don't have time to track every update every week. The paid tier is for you.
For $120/year (less than one hour of a senior engineer’s salary), you will get a monthly email on the 1st of each month that distills the entire previous month of agentic coding updates into a single brief. It opens with an executive summary you can read in a minute, then goes deeper into model and tool updates, benchmarks, case studies, community insights, and emerging trends. One email, once a month, and you're caught up.
Use this email or Slack message template to ask for approval from your manager to expense this newsletter subscription.
